Each one of them operates from over twenty-five years of experience in the finishing industry.   They have had, in the past, several of their own contract coating shops including:

Powder coating lines, E-coat lines, and different types of plating and anodizing lines.

One of these manufacturers was the innovator of the “rounded” tank design.  This unique concept in pretreatment and E-Coat tanks deters sludge and paint solid build up in the corners of the tanks.  The sidewalls of the tank are rounded to the floor of the tank.  Of course, without sh
arp corners, no sludge or paint solid build up.

They have designed, fabricated and installed one of the largest job shop monorail and one of the largest indexing E-coat lines in the country, each having over 40,000 gallons of E-coat paint.

They have bought, in the past, many finishing systems from companies like General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, General Electric and many smaller companies.  Using this refurbished equipment, they, along with REcoNEW Products, have been able to provide companies (with less resources) the ability to enter into the E-Coat market.

They have designed and patented their own line of powder coating booths.

They are intricately involved with the production capability and design of systems fabricated new for their customers as well as the retrofitting of some used components into a new system.  They offer a new equipment warrantee with all equipment they sell (new or used). 

They offer complete finishing systems including washers, ovens, power and free and monorail conveyor and indexing systems.  They also specialize in designing and fabricating electroplating lines and waste treatment systems.
